Hi, my name is Winnie and I'm a 16 year old Chinese-Canadian who was born in Singapore. I'm a self-taught photographer and I've been shooting since I was 13 and drawing/painting since I was six (I've actually kind of stopped now, but I will start again since I have the time again).
I play piano and flute. I am a fan of Harry Potter (Ravenclaw for life), Game of Thrones, and Heartland. My favourite sports are gymnastics, snowboarding, and hockey.

Merry Christmas everyone! Or Happy Holidays if you celebrate something else. I hope everyone's holidays are great and that everyone has a happy new year.
So what did everyone receive for gifts?
My parents sort of don't give me Christmas gifts. They wait until Boxing Day (which is the day after Christmas and pretty much everything goes on sale) and buy me things then XD. So it's like a delayed Christmas gift (or we celebrate Boxing Day). Anyway, they're getting me a Canon 10-18mm lens this year with a UV, ND, and polarizing filter for it.

Off to China!

So I'm off to China today and I'm really excited for this. Apparently, the weather is nicer this year. Anyway, I'm dreading the long flight there and hopefully the airplane food is decent. There's also no Tim Hortons in the terminal my flight is located at T.T
On the other hand, I'm done my level 10 piano exam and I will never have to practice again (assuming I pass). I'll probably still practice a bit though XD.
Also, I got an Instagram! :D

I watched the movie yesterday and it was amazing! :O
The singing and music was fantastic and I nearly cried several times towards the end. It is a really great movie and I recommend it. I have a bunch of random songs from it stuck in my head now XD
On the other hand, I've been a lazy butt and haven't uploaded week 2's photo yet >.<
It should be up by tomorrow unless I'm buried alive by homework
